Leadership community is a place where all the leaders at Monmouth Christian Church come together and share ideas, hopes, dreams, frustrations, and accomplishments.

Leadership/Congregation Information Director - This person supervises the flow of information between our church leadership and the various groups within the congregation with necessary announcements about important activities and news.

Leadership Community Information Coordinator - This volunteer works with Pastor Roger to update and maintain our leadership lists, as well as supervises the flow of necessary information from staff to church leaders. They also serve as a secretary to the Leadership Community, keeping records of activities and accomplishments.

Leadership Community Member - Individuals who are presently leaders in all areas of MCC ministries are invited to attend monthly meetings on the fourth Sunday of each month. These meetings are to share information, build stronger leadership relationships, brainstorm, etc.
